This guide covers everything you need to manage your vendor profile, services, rates, and system navigation—making it easy to stay organized and efficient.

Step 1: Set Up Your Profile

  1. Update Your Profile Information

    • Add or change your profile photo and name.

    • Check your 5-star rating and review feedback.

    • View and manage organization affiliations below your name.

  2. Access Your Profile Overview

    • Navigate to the Profile section to view your basic details and performance ratings.

Step 2: Navigate Through the System

  1. Use the Navigation Menu
    • Basic Info: Review and update personal and account details.
    • Organizations: Manage your company affiliations.
    • Service Lines, Language Pairs & Rates: View and adjust your service offerings and pricing.
    • Reviews: Check performance feedback from clients.
    • Documents: Upload and manage required documents.
    • Notification Settings: Set up alert preferences.
    • Privacy Policy: Review terms and conditions.
  2. Access the Sections You Need
    • Use the menu options to quickly jump to the section you want to update or review.

Step 3: Update Organization Details

  1. Review Your Organization Information
    • Ensure your organization name, logo, and contact info are up-to-date.
    • Check your linguist profile status (active or inactive) and physical address.
  2. Edit Contact Information
    • Update your phone number, email address, and physical address in the relevant fields.

Step 4: Navigate the Top Menu

  1. Use the Main Menu for Quick Access
    • Dashboard: View an overview of your profile and activities.
    • Requests: Manage incoming job requests.
    • Contact Center: Communicate with clients.
    • Earnings: Track your financial progress.
    • Docs: Access documentation related to your profile.
    • Messages: Check your message center for updates.

Step 5: Review Your Organization Header

  1. View Key Organization Info

    • Your organization’s name and logo are prominently displayed.

    • Your business hours (e.g., 9:00am - 5:00pm PST, Monday-Friday) are listed.

    • Use the navigation breadcrumbs to quickly return to previous pages.

  2. Check Profile Completion

    • Look for the section completion indicator to ensure all necessary fields are filled in.

Step 6: Manage Service Lines, Language Pairs, and Rates

  1. Access Service Lines, Language Pairs, and Rates

    • Use the breadcrumb navigation to find this section.

    • Review the service information for each language pair you offer.

  2. Add or Edit Language Pairs

    • Click to view details of language pairs like English ⇄ Spanish.
    • To add a new language pair, select Add New and configure your language combinations.
  3. Update Service Line Configuration

    • Check each service line you offer, along with the industry it applies to and the base rate.
    • Review the service status to know if it’s active, pending approval, or TBD.
  4. Manage Rate Settings

    • Edit the status of your rates (active, pending, TBD).
    • Use the Add New option to create new services or adjust existing ones.

Step 7: Manage Organization Information and Rates

  1. Review Your Organization Details

    • Check the organization name, business hours, and contact info.

    • Use the back navigation option to return to previous pages.

  2. Update Service Configuration

    • Select and update your service line, industry, and language pair settings (e.g., English ⇄ Spanish).
  3. Set Your Rates

    • Configure your base rate (e.g., $1.60 per minute).
    • Define rounding rules for your rates (e.g., rounding up to the nearest 15 seconds).
  4. Apply Special Rate Types

    • For weekend rates, select the rate type (e.g., 20% increase) and set the rate amount.
    • Use tooltips for extra information or clarification.

Step 8: Final Actions

  1. Manage and View Rate Details
    • Check your rate details for each service line and make adjustments as needed.
    • Use the info icons for more details and help with any configuration options.
  2. Go Back to Previous Screens
    • Use the back button to navigate to previous pages or sections you were working on.
