How to Schedule a Request that came in through the online Forms

This article outlines how to schedule an appointment from a customer’s online form, including checking for related requests, locating the account, and handling missing profiles.

When receiving a ticket that contains an online form that the customer has filled in, here are the steps to take in order to schedule the appointment

1. Here is how the form will look like

 

Tips:

  • Make sure that you check if there are any other requests under the first initial request
  • If you cannot locate the account, search with the email of the requester under Members -> Accounts
  • If you still cannot locate the account, reach out to a Lead/Manager
